30 Day Guarantee
| We have a 30 day guarantee with our trading computers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of your trading computer within thirty (30) days, you are entitled to the right of this 30 Day Guarantee. Our laptops have a 14 day money back and our monitor arrays have a 21 day money back. The time begins once we ship the product, not the day you receive the product. The purchased product(s) must be returned pursuant to the money back guarantee claim procedure as set forth hereunder. The amount of the refund will not contain the original shipping charges, nor your shipping charges back to Custom Trading Computers, Inc. Software of any kind that was purchased with the system is not eligible for return. Any special order items (added to quote/invoice outside of the items listed in the configurator) and peripherals (keyboards, mice, speakers, headsets, etc.) are not eligible for return. All returns must be undamaged and in "as-new" and "resellable" condition. Original packaging, including manuals, drivers, CD's and boxes that were accompanied with the product is required to be sent back without penalty of fees. There is a 15% restocking fee on the physical products. Quantity orders and orders that total above $6,000 are not eligible for this 30 day guarantee and the original Terms of Sale will supersede. The 30 day Guarantee does not cover shipping caused damages, which is disclosed in the Warranty Terms. ClearView multi screen monitor arrays have a 21 day direct replacement where Custom Trading Computers, Inc. will replace a dead on arrival monitor(s). Please visit Samsung, Acer, Asus and BenQ for up-to-date current pixel defect policy that the respective manufacturer recognizes. There will not be a restocking fee for dead on arrival (DOA) monitor(s) and we will pay for any shipping costs related to shipping new monitor(s) to you and you to ship the defective monitor(s) to us. There is a 15% restocking fee on all ClearView multi screen monitor array products if you decide to return the monitor array to Custom Trading Computers, Inc. Special order items are not eligible for a refund. You will not be refunded any shipping costs involved if returning to us for a refund.
Money Back Claim Procedure 1. Contact us via phone or e-mail with your original invoice/sales receipt number ready and explain the reason to why you would like your money back. If there is a concern with the product, we will try to work with you to resolve the concerns that you may have. You may use the right to use this 30 day guarantee for your own personal reasons, even if it is not related to any issues with the product. Contact us and we will supply you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will allow you to return the product(s) to Custom Trading Computers, Inc. for money back. 2. Package everything that came with the system in its original packaging, including all manuals, drivers, CD's and boxes into the original shipping box that it came in when you received the product. Please do not package any software, such as Microsoft Windows as software is not eligible for return and money back. Please do not package any special order items or peripherals, such as keyboards, mice, speakers, headsets, etc. as they too are not eligible for return and money back. If you do not understand what is eligible and what is not, please contact us immediately so that we can clarify it for you. 3. Ship the product(s) back to our corporate headquarters address stated on the RMA document. You can pick either UPS, Fedex or DHL and the package must be prepaid and insured by you. There will not be any reimbursement to you for shipping the product(s) back to us. Custom Trading Computers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for product(s) shipped from the customer to Custom Trading Computers, Inc. 4. Everything must be in "as-new" and "resellable" condition. Once we receive the shipment, we will start the refund process which starts with a careful inspection of the product(s) that were returned, matching the serial numbers and making sure product(s) is in "as-new" and "resellable" condition. If any defects or issues are found, Custom Trading Computers, Inc. will contact the customer immediately to figure out a fair solution for both parties. The product must be received by Custom Trading Computers, Inc. within 5 business days from the date the RMA document was issued to the customer. 5. Refunds for this thirty (30) day guarantee will be issued within 15 business days after the receipt and inspection of the product(s). Only eligible products will be refunded and there is a 15% restocking fee on the physical eligible products. Any items that were not eligible, such as software, special order items or peripherals will be shipped back to the customer and insured with the shipping costs deducted from the refund total. Purchases made with credit card will be issued credit on the exact same credit card (absolutely no exceptions). If paid via cash (check, business check, wire transfer) then Custom Trading Computers, Inc. will send a company check, to be written out to the original purchasers name, sent via registered USPS mail to the original purchasers shipping address
